As part of the STREET Festival, two segments of the Berlin Wall were solemnly unveiled in November 2018 at the German Embassy Bangkok by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, H.E. Mr. Virasakdi Futrakul, and Ambassador-Designate of the Federal Republic of Germany, H.E. Mr. Georg Schmidt.
The segments of the Berlin Wall were donated to the German Embassy Bangkok by the Berlin entrepreneur Axel Brauer. The Berlin Wall has been redecorated by three artists: Julia Benz (Germany), Mue Bon (Thailand) und KASHINK (France). (Source: German Embassy/Facebook).
