Location: Hawaii Community College
1 original segment + 2 replicas
The end of 1991, students and teachers of the Hawaii Community College came up with the idea to honor the end of the Cold War with a monument. They asked the university administration for support. Finally, a Wall segment was shipped to the pacific island through a joint effort of the Senate of Berlin and the Deutscher Hilfsverein Honolulu.
The original segment is embedded in an ensemble with two replicas and a final mural crown and was erected on the campus in early 1992.
