Berlin Wall in Suwanee

Location: temporary in 2013

1 segment

In May 2013 an auction took place with assets of a person, convicted for financial fraud. Years before he paid 40,000 US Dollars for the Wall segment, now it was auctioned for 23,500 US Dollars. The new owner, a Serbian emigrant and restaurant owner, wanted to erect the segment “somewhere around Suwanee”. A local TV Channel reported on the auction.

In 2014 it was set up in Lawrenceville as a permanent loan to the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center.
